Emergency repair service
For a fee you can benefit from HTC-ICT’s extensive service facilities even without a service agreement. Our service facilities are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During office hours the help desk will provide the service required. Outside office hours the emergency repair service will provide the service, so that any problems with your ICT environment can be remedied immediately.

Help desk
Our help desk is available daily by telephone to offer you technical support and to clear any faults in your installation promptly. Our help desk staff have built up years of technical experience and are able to clear most problems by telephone or remotely. Should telephone support and advice not be sufficient, then our engineers can always clear any fault on site to enable you to resume your business activities as soon as possible.

Service agreement
Despite the reliability of modern technologies today, concluding a service contract for your ICT environment is recommended. In this way the continuity of your organisation can be optimised without unforeseen additional costs. The service agreement is an all-in arrangement covering materials and labour. In the unlikely event that your ICT environment develops a fault, the service department will ensure that the fault is cleared promptly and expertly so that you experience as little inconvenience from it as possible. All this will be within a response time guaranteed in advance.

Our service department is at your disposal 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During office hours you can report the fault to one of our service department employees. Outside office hours you will be automatically put through to the duty ICT-service specialist.
